These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nacarcommerce.com (the "Site"), operated by NACAR Commerce Group, LLC ("NACAR," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Purpose of the Site

The Site is a business-to-business informational resource for brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, and authorized distributors interested in establishing a wholesale purchasing relationship with NACAR. The Site is not a consumer storefront, and no products are offered for sale directly to consumers through it.

No Guarantee of Business Relationship

Submitting a Supplier Inquiry or otherwise contacting NACAR through the Site does not create a purchasing commitment, contract, or guarantee of any business relationship. All wholesale purchasing decisions, orders, and account terms are subject to NACAR's independent review and any separate written agreement executed between NACAR and the supplier.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep the content on this Site accurate and current, but we make no warranties or representations as to its completeness or accuracy. Company details, categories of interest, and purchasing intentions described on the Site are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property

The NACAR Commerce Group name, logo, and all associated brand assets are the property of NACAR Commerce Group, LLC. Third-party marketplace names (such as Amazon or Walmart) referenced on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned solely to describe NACAR's sales channels.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or fraudulent information through our forms, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or using the Site in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

Third-Party Marketplaces

References to Amazon, Walmart, or other e-commerce marketplaces describe sales channels NACAR currently uses or intends to use. Such references do not imply endorsement by, or a partnership with, those companies beyond NACAR's role as a marketplace seller.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NACAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information contained on it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
